Efa Grug is a Cardiff-based Welsh actress, best known for her role as Lleucu Rossiter in the long-running Welsh-language soap opera Pobol y Cwm, a role she continues to play today. 

Efa has also appeared in the second season of the teen science-fiction series Itopia, further expanding her screen work across Welsh-language television.
